The San Juan Outdoor School offers summer adventures in rock climbing, mountaineering, hiking, backpacking & camping, nature tours, women's trips, and our popular kids' camps. We provide the industry's highest quality instruction and create comfortable outdoor experiences for people of all ages and abilities. Our ultimate winter adventures include ice climbing, backcountry skiing, winter hut trips, snowshoeing as well as special kids' snowshoeing and women's adventures.

Our non-profit organization, the San Juan Field School is committed to providing the people of Telluride with a wide variety of opportunities to learn about landscape and community. Please join us for our 2005/2006 avalanche education programs in the winter and our summer naturalist workshops.
